3. Refunds & Warranties
14-day money-back guarantee: not satisfied? Email info@providerinvoicepro.com.au within 14 days for a full refund (processed within 7 business days). After 14 days: refunds as required by Australian Consumer Law.
What we warrant (90 days): software free from viruses; works as described in documentation; fit for NDIS invoicing purposes; acceptable quality.
NDIS pricing disclaimer: pricing data comes from official NDIA publications. However, you MUST verify prices against current NDIA pricing before invoicing. We're not liable for NDIA pricing changes or errors in their source data. Final compliance responsibility is yours as the NDIS provider.
4. Data & Privacy
Your data stays local: all invoices and client data are stored on your device only. We don't collect, access or process your data — no data is sent to us.
Your security responsibilities: secure your device with passwords; protect sensitive participant data; make regular backups (weekly recommended); comply with the Privacy Act 1988; limit access to authorised staff only.
5. Liability Limits
Our maximum liability: the amount you paid us (minimum $100), except for death/injury from negligence, fraud or deceit, ACL guarantee breaches, or non-excludable legal liability. We're not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, data loss or business interruption.
Unfair terms protection: if a court finds a term unfair, only that term is void — the rest stands. For small businesses (<20 employees or <$10M revenue), ACL standard-form contract protections apply.
6. Termination
We may terminate if you breach material terms (e.g. fraud, unauthorised modification), with 14 days notice to fix the breach where possible. You may terminate anytime by uninstalling and deleting the software (no refund after the 14-day period). Upon termination: stop using the software, delete all copies within 15 days, export your data first (30-day grace period), and keep exported data 7 years for ATO/NDIS compliance.
7. Disputes
Queensland law and courts apply. Before court, try mediation (Australian Disputes Centre); for disputes under $10,000 use small claims/QCAT. Need help? Queensland Fair Trading 13 74 68 · ACCC 1300 302 502 · NDIS Commission 1800 035 544.
8. Small Business & Consumer Protections
If you're an individual consumer or a small business (<20 employees or <$10M turnover), you have extra protections against unfair contract terms. Unfair terms are void. If you think a term is unfair, contact us before taking legal action — we're committed to fair dealing.
