Independence from the NDIA
Provider Invoice Pro is an independent software product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or any government body. "NDIS" is used solely to describe the scheme the software helps you invoice under.
Pricing data
- The NDIS pricing data in the app and in price file updates is compiled from the NDIA's officially published Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and Support Catalogue.
- The NDIA can change prices, items and rules at any time, including mid-year. You must verify prices against the current NDIA publications before invoicing.
- We are not liable for NDIA pricing changes, for errors in NDIA source data, or for invoices submitted using outdated pricing.
The software is a tool, not a compliance solution
Provider Invoice Pro automates the mechanical parts of invoicing (item lookup, rate limits, calculations, formatting). It cannot know whether a support was actually delivered, correctly claimed against a participant's plan, or appropriately documented — those judgements are always yours.
Fraud warning
Submitting fraudulent, misleading or inflated NDIS claims is a serious offence and may attract criminal penalties. If in doubt about what you can claim, contact the NDIS Commission on 1800 035 544 or seek professional advice.
No professional advice
Nothing on this website or in the software constitutes legal, accounting, tax or NDIS practice advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.
